Lacey Capshaw

A mom who followed her instincts, and now helps you trust yours.

I am a Certified Parenting Coach through the Jai Institute and a Certified Baby-Led Sleep & Well-Being Specialist through Isla Grace. I bring over six years of study in child development, airway health, oral ties, and more, but most importantly I bring the lived experience of a mom who has walked this path.  

Through coaching, courses, and resources, I help parents move past frustration and self-doubt into rhythms of rest, connection, and confidence. My approach is science-backed and heart-centered, always rooted in respect for your instincts and your child’s biology.
